LOIS ANN MANIS, age 70, of Jefferson City, TN passed away Friday, June 21, 2013. She was retired from Asarco Mines of 20 years. Preceded in death by daughter, Lora L. Cox; sister, Lola C. Cofflin; mother, Lora B. Phipps.
