What are shoppers looking for? What are the retail gaps? How can you attract new customers, retain existing customers, and increase your revenues? These questions and many more will be addressed at a retail seminar at 8:30 AM, Thursday, August 1st at the Jefferson City Municipal Building, 112 City Center Drive.

Melissa Halsell, TVA’s Retail Development Program Manager, will discuss retail trends and opportunities that Jefferson County and Jefferson City businesses might consider going forward. The event is part of an ongoing effort to capture more local spending in Jefferson City and Jefferson County, and will provide small- and medium-sized businesses with information they can use to target customers.
