REV. WALTER HUGH ISBILL, age 64, of New Market, TN passed away on October 1, 2013. He was pastor of the Jefferson City Church of God for 12 years. Survived by wife, Barbara Isbill; children, Angela and Paul Isbill; parents, Glenn and Ruby Isbill; brother, Aaron Isbill and wife, Sherry; sisters, Connie Yates and husband David, Tamara Burns and husband Barry; nieces, Delaney and Grace; several aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Friday, October 4, 2013 at Farrar Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Dye and Rev. Raymond Hodge officiating. Family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:30 p.m. prior to the service. Family and friends will gather at 10:45 a.m. Saturday at Jefferson Memorial Gardens for an 11:00 a.m. graveside interment service.
