MARJORIE SCARLETT BUTTERWORTH, age 76, of Dandridge, TN passed away Saturday, December 7, 2013. She was a loving wife and mother and will be greatly missed by all. Preceded in death by her parents, A.C. and Josie Scarlett; son, Paul Butterworth; brothers, Willie and Turner Scarlett. Survived by her husband of 58 years, Conley Butterworth; daughters, Wanda (Rodney) Rainwater, Melissa (Tony) Berry; sons, Mark, Micheal and Mickey (Heather) Butterworth; grandchildren, Kristie, Austin, Samantha, Lucas, Paul, Tony and Christy; great-grandchild, Karri; special brother, Glenn “Doc” (Wanda) Scarlett; special niece, Darlene and many nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be Monday, Dec. 9, 2013, 7:00pm at Farrar Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Sherry Seay officiating. Interment graveside services, Tuesday, 11:00am at Deep Springs Cemetery. Family will receive friends Monday evening from 5:00 until 7:00pm prior to the service.
