PHILLIP LEE BRANNER, age 58, of Dandridge, TN passed away Thursday, January 2, 2014 at the Newport Health Rehabilitation Center of Newport. He was the son of the late Buford and Betty Robinson Branner. He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Branner; son, Clint Branner; sisters, Dianne Carr and Dennie Odom; brother, Tim Richardson; aunts, Kathy Eskridge, Josephine Allen and Edna Taylor; special aunt, Mary Keys; special friend, Janice Simpson; heart children, Nacy, Juanita, Felice, Daja, Marty and DeAndre. Funeral services, Tuesday, 2:00pm at Farrar Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Norman Jefferson officiating. Interment to follow at Dandridge Cemetery.
