INVITATION TO BID

The Jefferson County Purchasing Department will be accepting sealed bids for a Skid Steer Wheeled Loader with smooth bucket.

Minimum Requirements:

Performance:

  • Rated Operating Capacity     2500lbs.
  • Tipping Load                         5000lbs.

Engine:

  • 75 Hp  liquid cooled diesel
  • Glow plug cold weather assist
  • Engine shutdown system with monitoring of coolant, oil pressure, and rpm.

Drive:

  • Fully hydrostatic four-wheel drive

Hydraulic:

  • Standard flow of 23 gpm

Other:

  • Quick connect coupler for attachments
  • Enclosed cab with heat and air and all necessary supporting equipment such as alternator and cab filtration.

Sealed bids should be mailed to the Jefferson County Finance Department to the attention of Darrell Helton, Finance Director, P.O. Box 1749, Dandridge, TN37725. Bids will be accepted until February 14 at 2:00 pm, at which time bids will be opened in the Finance Department Conference Room at 1244 Gay Street, Dandridge, Tn.  37725

The Finance Director reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any and all irregularities in the receipt/handling and acceptance of bids.
