INVITATION TO BID

The Jefferson County Purchasing Department will be accepting sealed bids for a Kubota SVL 75 Track Loader.  Equipment must have less than 300 hours.  For questions, contact Michael Phagan, Director of Facilities, at 865-397-2139.

Sealed bids should be labeled “Track Loader” and either dropped off or mailed to the attention of Darrell Helton, Finance Director, at 1244 Gay Street or PO Box 1749, Dandridge, TN 37725.  Bids will be accepted until 1:00 PM on Friday, February 21, 2014 at which time bids will be opened in the finance department conference room.

Jefferson County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities in the receipt / handling of bids.
