INVITATION TO BID – Copier Paper and Supplies for Jefferson County Schools and County Government Offices

INVITATION TO BID

The Jefferson County Purchasing Department will be accepting bids for copier paper and supplies for Jefferson County schools and county government offices.

This bid will require fixed prices from July 1, 2014 until June 30th, 2015.

If you are interested in bidding please contact the finance office at (865) 397-4922 to receive a set of bid specification documents. Bid specs, requirements, and a quote sheet can also be emailed to you if you so wish.  Bid must include any cost of shipping/delivery.  Please email  droth@jeffersoncountytn.gov  for emailed bid packages.

Sealed bids should be mailed to the Jefferson County Finance Department to the attention of Darrell Helton, Finance Director, P .O. Box 1749, Dandridge, TN.  37725.  Bids will be accepted until 1:30PM Thursday May 8, 2014, at which time they will be opened in the Finance Department office.

The Finance Director reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any and all irregularities in the receipt/handling and acceptance of bids.
