The Jefferson County Purchasing Department will be accepting sealed bids for cleaning services at the Jefferson County School’s Central Office location behind the courthouse in downtown Dandridge, the Adult High School, 201 W. Dumplin Valley Road, two portables (Family Resource Center, 209 W. Dumplin Valley Road and Professional Development Center, 203 W. Dumplin Valley Road) and the Jefferson Academy, 341 West Broadway Blvd., Jefferson City.  Quotes should cover cleaning bathrooms, floor cleaning (vacuum, sweep, or mop), dusting, and cleaning interior windows.  With the exception of the JeffersonAcademy, this will require cleaning two (2) days per week at the locations mentioned above.  For cleaning specifications at the JeffersonAcademy, please contact Garry Jett at 475-5007.  All bidders should provide separate quotes for each individual location.

Sealed bids should be mailed to the Jefferson County Finance Department to the attention of Finance Director, PO Box 1749, Dandridge, TN37725.  Bids will be accepted until 1:30 PM, Thursday, May 8, 2014 at which time bids will be opened in the Finance Department Conference Room.

The Finance Director reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any and all irregularities in the receipt/handling and acceptance of bids.
