Joy of Soccer Camp, July 13-17 and July 20-24, 2014

The “Joy of Soccer Camp” dates have been released by Tusculum College women’s head coach Mike Joy.  A co-ed camp will be held June 23-27, while two team camps will be conducted July 13-17 and July 20-24.  All camps will take place on the Tusculum College campus in Greeneville, Tenn.

The camps are for youth, ages 6-17.  The cost of residential campers (Advanced Field, Beginning Field, Special Goalkeeping School) is $395.  Non-residential full-day participants pay $295, while half-day campers (Day Clinic) pay $195.  The camp fee includes instruction by licensed college coaches and student-athletes, use of Tusculum’s lighted Bermuda grass fields and indoor practice facility, and daily meals provided in the College’s cafeteria.  Residential campers receive lodging in the College’s air conditioned residence halls.

This marks the 23rd year of the “Joy of Soccer Camp,” led by the winningest women’s soccer coach in Tusculum College history.  The Tusculum women’s program has won four South Atlantic Conference championships, four SAC Tournament titles and have made five trips to the NCAA Division II Tournament, including 2007 season in which the Pioneers advanced to the national quarterfinals for the first time in school history.
