Bill Jarnigan is announcing his bid for re election to the Jefferson County School Board. As an eight year veteran of the Jefferson County School Board, Bill has been supportive of the Building Program and was instrumental in the naming of Mount Horeb School in honor of the community. Bringing the red light to the intersection of Dumplin Valley and Hwy 92 was an issue of great concern to Jarnigan and was pleased to support the naming of the new Jefferson County High School Auditorium in honor of former JCHS Principal Jim Swann.

Bill Jarnigan has considered it an honor to represent the third district and looks forward to seeing the completion of the renovation at Jefferson County High School, including Building 8. He is also committed to continuing to move Jefferson County Education forward and is interested in completing facility needs such as bleachers in the high school and Mount Horeb gyms.

Bill and his wife Norma, who is a retired employee of the Jefferson County School System after 38 years of service, live at 556 Sam Martin Road in Dandridge and are the proud grandparents of Abby Jarnigan. Bill is dedicated to education in Jefferson County and to the constituents in district 3. He requests your support for re election and pledges to do everything possible to make Jefferson County Schools the best in Tennessee.
