Tupperware Toys

Tupperware, the maker of all types of containers also made toys from 1965-1989. I remember purchasing many of them for my children. They are certainly vintage, but have given so much pleasure to children through the years. Do you remember any of these?

  • Totempails, a nesting and stacking cup toy
  • Zoo-it-Yourself, pop together animal parts that can be interchangeable to make strange animals
  • Shape-O or shape ball, a rolling rattle, with lots of open spaces for infants to grab. Toddlers can use the 10 pieces to match the shapes on the toy, allowing them to identify shapes and develop coordination and dexterity. Each piece also has a number on one side with the corresponding number of dots on the other to teach preschoolers number recognition and counting.
  • Li’l Tuppers people, with a Tuppercanoe, Lighthouse, City Hall, School Yard, Bus, School and Noahs Ark
  • Pop-A-Lot Toy, a ball and catch cup
  • Eggister, an egg shaped animal puzzles
  • Kup-L-Ups, blocks that pop together to make vehicles with wheels
  • Busy Blocks, to make various shapes
  • Build-A-Train, with snap together pieces
  • Links-A-Lot, a set of links to chain together
