Community Invited to Carson-Newman Night at Smokies Park, August 22, 2014

Carson-Newman University invites all those who love the Orange & Blue to a night of baseball at Smokies Park on Friday, August 22. Those attending are encouraged to wear their Eagle colors.

The Tennessee Smokies will take on the Jacksonville Suns starting at 7:15 p.m. Gates open at 6 p.m.

Eagles head softball coach Vickee Hollifield will throw out the first pitch. With well over 1,000 wins, Hollifield is the winningest coach in South Atlantic Conference history. Other highlights will include mascots and fireworks.
