VW Boys Wind Up Music On The Town

Dandridge Music on the Town closed out the 2014 season on Thursday evening with one of the largest crowds of the season. Nice weather and good food, provided by Walt’s Hitchin Post, and good music made for a great evening in the historic town square. VW Boys brought their own unique sound to the event, filling the night air with some great picking and vocals. The entertaining group offered an energetic stage presence and locals, as well as visitors, welcomed the enjoyable kickoff to the upcoming weekend. Music on the Town is an annual event, free to the public, and family friendly. Sadly, the performance line up is over for 2014 but those that love a little laid back music, close to home, should keep an eye out for its return in 2015.
