Fall Produce Abounds At Dandridge Farmer’s Market

The Dandridge Farmer’s Market was in full swing on Saturday as locals and visitors came out to pick up some of their favorite fresh produce and goodies. In addition to the wonderful, regular vendors, tickets are being sold at the Market for a Ruth Koh oil painting. The painting will be awarded at the October 26, 2014 market day, which is the last day for the 2014 season. Proceeds from the sale of the tickets will go toward matching grant funds for a new market location. The end of the 2014 Farmer’s Market season is just around the corner but there is still time to come out and pick up some local seasonal produce, meet the vendors and do a little planning for the quickly approaching holiday season. Nothing beats fall at the Farmer’s Market!
