ACCESS FREE E-Books! If you have a smartphone, tablet or laptop bring it on November 8th to the Jefferson City Public Library (JCPL) and we will assist you in getting setup with the Tennessee R.E.A.D.S. program. This electronic collection allows you to download books, audiobooks and now even streams video! Call to register as the workshop is capped at 10 to offer the best learning environment.
