INVITATION TO BID

The Jefferson County Purchasing Department will be accepting sealed bids for the Sanitation Department for material and labor costs for a 45 x 65 metal pre-fab building to be installed on an existing concrete pad. For more information vendors should contact David Longmire, Director of Facilities and Safety, at 865-397-3800.

Sealed bids should be labeled “Sanitation Building Bid” and dropped off or mailed to the attention of Darrell Helton, Finance Director, at 1244 Gay Street, Dandridge, Tn. 37725. Bids will be accepted until 1PM Friday, Oct. 17th, 2014, at which time the bids will be opened in the Finance Office conference room.

Jefferson County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in the receipt/handling of bids.
