Christmas In Dandridge – Save The Dates

While many are still planning for Halloween and wondering how much candy to stock up for trick or treaters, Dandridge Community Trust has been busy setting the schedule for their annual Christmas in Dandridge events. This year the kick off will be before Thanksgiving and will begin with the annual tree lighting ceremony in front of the Historic Jefferson County Courthouse. Time is always at a premium and the DCT felt it was important to get the Christmas calendar of events out so that people can save the date for interesting events. An addition this year will be a Christmas Concert, performed by the Knoxville Symphony Chamber Orchestra on Friday, December 5, 2014 at the First Baptist Church in Dandridge. The concert will start at seven o’clock and run for around an hour and a half. Cost of the tickets is $10 per person and they can be purchased at the Visitor’s Center, Dandridge General Store and Maxwell House in the Historic Town Square.
