BID SOLICITATION FOR JEFFERSON COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD

Rentenbach Constructors Incorporated, Construction Manager for the Jefferson County School Board, is hereby soliciting bids on the below listed bid packages for the Jefferson County High School Building-8 located at 115 W. Dumplin Valley Road, Dandridge, TN 37725. This project consists of interior and exterior renovations to a stand-along 36,000 SF vocational teaching center. Interested bidders should contact Neal Woodland at nrwoodland@rentenbach.com or Doug Pettit at dbpettit@rentenbach.com or at Rentenbach’s phone number 865-546-2440 for bid documents. There will be a pre-bid conference on December 10, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. at the Rentenbach job trailer, which is located at the front of Jefferson County High School. Immediately following the pre-bid conference, Building-8 will be open to allow guided “walk-thrus” for all bidders. Any questions or clarifications for this project should be directed to Neal Woodland at nrwoodland@rentenbach.com.Questions need to be submitted on or before December 12, 2014. Bids will be received on December 18, 2014, at the Jefferson County Patriot Academy School located at 419 W. Dumplin Valley Road, Dandridge, TN 37725. Sealed bids will be received until 4:00 p.m. At that time, all bids will be opened publicly and read aloud.
