Science Fair Winners Announced

Jefferson County students recently participated in the County wide Science Fair. The event was hosted by Dandridge Elementary School and school level winners were on hand to present their projects. Student participants presented their projects at their independent elementary schools for judging. Top winners were invited to the County wide Science Fair, where their projects were available for public display. Taking first place in the County competition was Tirian Taylor of Talbott Elementary School. Second Place was awarded to Blake Shelton of Rush Strong Elementary School and Sophie Swann of Dandridge Elementary School took home third place. The Environmental Award went to Colin Chambers of Jefferson Elementary School.
