INVITATION TO BID

The Jefferson County Purchasing Department will be accepting sealed bids from qualified vendors for new carpeting for six (6) rooms at the Jefferson County Justice Center.  Specification sheets can be picked up from Mr. David Longmire at the Director of Facilities Office at 214 West Main Street, Dandridge, TN.  37725 or by calling 865-397-3800.

Sealed bids should be mailed to the Jefferson County Finance Department, P.O. Box 1749, Dandridge, TN. 37725 to the attention of Langdon Potts, Finance Director.  Bids will be accepted until 1 PM, Tuesday January 20, 2015 at which time bids will be opened in the finance office.

The Finance Director reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any and all irregularities in the receipt/handling and acceptance of bids.
