The Jefferson County Fairgrounds is hosting a Chili Cook Off at the Exhibit Barn.  We would like to invite you to enter your great chili recipe for a friendly competition on January 17 from 5 until 7 PM.  There is no charge to set up but you must have enough to serve 75 to a 100 people to sample.  A $5 fee per person to to enjoy the samples of all the different chili recipes.  If someone wants more of your Chili you can sell bowls of it and keep those funds for yourself.  For further information please contact Jennifer at 865-773-4533.
