Will Building 8 Be Ready for the Next School Year?

I was wondering if you have any idea if students will be in Building 8 by next year? My child is considering taking some vocational classes but we feel that it would be a waste of time if the building is not going to be ready.

I do not know if the Building 8 part of Jefferson County High School will be ready by the new school year. There are certain time considerations regarding the restoration portion of the project that will likely see that part completed by mid summer. It is rather an extensive plan and, to my knowledge, no firm date has been set for completion. If your child is interested in vocational classes, I would suggest that she consult with a member of the vocational teaching staff for guidance.
