INVITATION TO BID

The Jefferson County Purchasing Department is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for Internal Connections – Wireless Components and Installation and Configuration Services for the Patriot Academy and Mount Horeb Elementary Schools.   Questions concerning this bid should be directed to Don Devine @ ddevine@12tn.net before Monday March 16, 2015.   Any questions and their responses will be posted @ http://www.jc-schools.nets on the Technology Department page.

Sealed bids should be mailed to the Jefferson County Finance Department to the attention of Langdon Potts, Finance Director, PO Box 1749, Dandridge, TN  37725.  Physical address:  1244 Gay Street, Dandridge, TN  37725.  Bids will be accepted until 2:00 PM Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at which time bids will be opened in the finance office.

The Finance Director reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any and all irregularities in the receipt/handling and acceptance of bids.
