The Jefferson City Fire Department is offering the File of Life for residents of Jefferson City. The File of Life is a refrigerator magnet, though it is far more important than the other magnets hanging on your fridge. The plastic sleeve contains personal emergency information: information emergency responders may need to know to save your life. The information given is completely confidential, and your personal information will remain safely in your home. The magnets are available for Jefferson City residents at no cost.
