First Peoples Bank’s 25th Annual Birthday Bash was held May 19th, 2015 at Carson Newman University. Those in attendance (around 375) enjoyed a buffet of barbeque with all the “fixins” and a tribute to the iconic TV Variety show “Hee Haw,” presented by a cast of famous and not so famous entertainers.

The evening was full of surprises, beginning with a guest appearance by original cast member, Miss LuLu Roman. Doing a tribute of his father’s spoonerism “Rendercella” was Phil Campbell, son of original cast member Archie Campbell. Ava Barber of the Lawrence Welk show who appeared on Hee Haw and husband Roger Sullivan were a part of the cast as well. The show was full of singers, dancers, and Hee Haw characters who kept the entertainment going. It was a fantastic evening for all!
