Pita Pizzas

recipe-entreePizza is such a versatile food, especially if you make it at home. You can have any toppings you desire, but the crust can take time to make from scratch. Enter the pita pizza. These little guys take no time at all. Within 15 minutes, you can have a crispy crust pizza on the table. I’ve included some of my favorite pizza topping ideas as well as a recipe to make your own sauce (you really should do this!). I did not include specific amounts to use for topping the individual pizzas – add as much or as little of each topping as you want. Personally, I overload my pizza with cheese!
