INVITATION TO BID
The Jefferson County Director of Facilities and Safety will be accepting sealed bids for a “NEW HEAT AND AIR PACKAGE” in the JEFFERSON COUNTY COURTHOUSE. This is just “one” unit to be replaced.
Complete background checks, Insurance, Company Business License, and References must be included with the Bid Package.

All bidders are required to obtain and submit a fully completed bid package to be considered for the bid.
Sealed bids should be labeled COURTHOUSE HEAT AND AIR PACKAGE and either dropped off or mailed to the Jefferson County Finance Department to the attention of Finance Director Langdon Potts, at P.O. Box 1749, Dandridge, Tn. 37725. Bids will be accepted until 1:00 p.m. AUGUST 28, 2015, at which time bids will be opened in the Finance Department conference room.
Jefferson County reserves the right to ACCEPT OR REJECT any and all bids and to WAIVE ANY AND ALL IRREGULARITIES IN THE RECEIPT/HANDLING OF BIDS. THE AWARDED BIDDER MUST BE IN GOOD STANDING WITH THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON.
