PUBLIC NOTICE – ADDENDA TO INVITATION TO BID: Revised the date for acceptance of bids for “installation of replacement windows, October 16, 2015

Addenda to Invitation to Bid:

The Jefferson County Purchasing Department have revised the date for acceptance of bids for “installation of replacement windows at Jefferson Elementary School, Piedmont Elementary School, Maury Middle School and Talbott Elementary” to Friday, October 16, 2016.

Sealed bids should be labeled “Jefferson County School Windows” and must include a separate bid sheet for each project.  It must be either hand delivered or mailed to the attention of Langdon Potts, Finance Director, at 1244 Gay Street or PO Box 1749, Dandridge, TN  37725.  Bids will be accepted until 1:00 PM on Friday, October 16, 2015 at which time bids will be opened in the finance department conference room.

The Finance Director reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in the receipt/handling and acceptance of bids.
