Billy the Kid

A photograph recently surfaced of Billy the Kid playing croquet. Does anyone else find this disturbing? The pop culture utopia we live in deserves a photo of the gunslinger playing poker with a menacing snarl. Instead, we get a Kardashian sized smack in the paparazzi mesmerized face. Maybe, just maybe, reality is trying to restore some reality. Who knows? Next it could be a picture of Jack the Ripper being licked in the face by a puppy or the “dear leader” posting a selfie outside a South Korean deli wearing a US women’s soccer jersey with the caption “We believe.”
