Halloween Festivities and Rain

Will the Halloween festivities in Dandridge still go on if it rains?

While businesses are giving out candy independently, I know for a fact that the Boo at the Vance Building will be a rain or shine event. Though it would be impossible to speak for every business that plans to give out candy, I would suspect that most will be rain or shine, as they will have already purchased their candy. If last year is any indication, it rained through most of the evening and the trick or treating was not put on hold.
