INVITATION TO BID

The Jefferson County Schools will be accepting sealed bids for “installation of overhead doors at Jefferson County High School Holt CTE Building”.

For complete bid specifications and instructions, vendors should contact Michael Phagan, Director of School Facilities, at (865) 397-3436.

Sealed bids should be labeled “JCHS Holt CTE Building Overhead Doors” and either mailed to Jefferson County Finance Department at P.O. Box 1749, Dandridge, TN. 37725 or dropped off at the Jefferson County Finance Department at 1244 Gay Street, Dandridge, TN 37725. Bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 16, 2016, at which time bids will be opened in the Finance Department conference room.

Jefferson County reserves the right to ACCEPT OR REJECT any and all bids and to WAIVE ANY AND ALL IRREGULARITIES IN THE RECEIPT/HANDLING OF BIDS. THE AWARDED BIDDER MUST BE IN GOOD STANDING WITH THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON.
