Brad Stine To Be Featured Speaker At 2016 Dinner

Brad Stine Collage 04182016Brad Stine, the most media covered Christian comedian in the country and referred to as “God’s Comic,” will be performing as the special guest speaker at the Jefferson County Republican Party’s 2016 Lincoln-Reagan Day Dinner on May 6th. He has been featured on a regular basis as a live social commentator on multiple television news outlets, including ABC, CNN, FNC, and NBC. The New Yorker magazine has referred to Brad’s “style is frantic, aggressive, and caustic, with echoes of Robin Williams, Sam Kinison, and George Carlin…,” while the New York Times notes that “In the competitive world of stand-up comedians, Mr. Stine has found a niche as a conservative Christian, riffing on topics like gay marriage, judicial activism and judges who cite precedents from foreign courts…” 

Brad is an actor, author and comedian. He has five original DVDs featuring his comedy. He has written two books, Live from Middle America: Rants from a Red-State Comedian and Being a Christian Without Being an Idiot. He has also appeared in numerous films. He tours nationally on a regular basis performing in clubs, churches and fundraisers for Crisis pregnancy centers, ministries and conservative causes and candidates.

“We are extremely pleased to be featuring Brad Stine as our special guest speaker at our Lincoln-Reagan Day Dinner this year,” says Barry Fain, 1st Vice-Chair for the Jefferson County Republican Party. “After we finalized the details of his appearing here, my family and I sat down and watched his 2003 DVD titled ‘Put A Helmet On’ together in anticipation of the performance on May 6th.”

The dinner and performance will be held at the Field of Dreams Activity Center in Dandridge, located at 1145 Treadway Drive. Doors will open at 6:00pm. Dinner will be served at 6:30pm. Brad will take the stage at 7:00pm.
