INVITATION TO BID

The Jefferson County Purchasing Department will be accepting sealed bids for a Construction Manager for renovation and classroom addition to the White Pine Elementary School.  A copy of the (RFP) Request for Proposal may be obtained by contacting Langdon Potts, Finance Director at LPotts@JeffersonCountyTN.gov.

There will be a mandatory Pre-Proposal conference @ 2:00 on June 30, 2016 at the White Pine School at 3060 Roy Messer Hwy, White Pine TN 37890.

Sealed bids should be labeled “White Pine Construction Manager” and either mailed to the Jefferson County Finance Department to the attention of Finance Director Langdon Potts, at P.O. Box 1749, Dandridge, Tn. 37725 or dropped off at 1244 Gay St., Dandridge, TN 37725.  Bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. Friday July 8, 2016, at which time bids will be opened in the Finance Department conference room.

Jefferson County reserves the right to ACCEPT OR REJECT any and all bids and to WAIVE ANY AND ALL IRREGULARITIES IN THE RECEIPT/HANDLING OF BIDS. THE AWARDED BIDDER MUST BE IN GOOD STANDING WITH THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON.
