PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all County Commissioners and residents of Jefferson County, Tennessee, and to all other persons who might be interested, that the Jefferson County Commission will meet in Special Session for an open, public meeting on Monday, July 11, 2016, at 6:00 p.m.  The meeting will be held in the Main Courtroom of the Jefferson County Courthouse, 202 W. Main St., Dandridge, TN. Chairman Carmichael has called the special session upon written application by a majority of the members for the purpose of transacting the following business:

Motion to override the CountyMayor’s veto on the 2016-2017 Jefferson County Budget.

NOTICE IS GIVEN pursuant to the provisions of the Tennessee Open Meetings Act (Sunshine Law) found in T.C.A. § 8-44-101 et seq.
