Carson-Newman Celebrates Homecoming
Carson-Newman University hosted its annual homecoming festivities over the weekend to crowds of alumni and students. Homecoming is an exciting time on campus, highlighted by class reunions, live music, food, and several sporting events across campus. One of the main attractions of the afternoon was the University’s annual homecoming parade. Alumni and students crowded on the banks of Henderson lawn to watch the parade come marching past. Several floats were featured this year, including those from student organizations and homecoming representatives. The day capped off the opportunity for a reuniting of those across campus with old professors and classmates. Carson-Newman stated the university is thankful for all those who participated and continue to support the homecoming events.
