NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all County Commissioners and residents of Jefferson County, Tennessee, and to all other persons who might be interested, that the Jefferson County Commission Budget Committee and Jefferson County Board of School Commissioners will meet for a Joint Called Session on Thursday, December 15, 2016, at 6:30 p.m. in the Patriot Academy.

The purpose of the called session is to

1.  Discuss and take action regarding White Pine Elementary School; and

2.  Discuss and take action regarding Capital Projects.

NOTICE IS GIVEN pursuant to the provisions of the Tennessee Open Meetings Act (Sunshine Law) found in Tenn. Code Ann. § 8-44-101, et seq.
