Four Inmates Escape Jefferson County Work House – Two Recaptured, Two Remain At Large

On December 16th, 2016 Deputies were treating an inmate at the Jefferson County Work House 983 Industrial Park Road Dandridge, Tn. Inmate Adam Lethco had hurt his hand and Deputies were icing and wrapping his hand. As the Deputies exited the cell four inmates assaulted the Deputies, took the keys to a Deputies Vehicle and escaped.

The escape occurred at 12:15 A.M. The Vehicle a Black 1982 Chevy was spotted by a volunteer Fireman on Highway 411. The vehicle was found abandon on Walnut Grove Road Sevierville. Sevier County Deputies took Jimmy Moore age 22 into custody.

At approx. 3:45 Deputies from Sevier and Jefferson County took Richard Lorenz age 26 into custody.

They were taken back to Jefferson County Jail and Charged with Aggravated Assault on an Officer and Escape.

Still at large is Matthew Robert Porter age 27. He is 5’11” tall and weighs 185lbs. has Hazel eyes and Brown Hair.

Serving 1 year of a 6 year sentence for Reckless endangerment and evaiding arrest. Porter is also wanted in Alabama on a violation of probation and is to serve a 12 year sentence.

Adam Quinn Lethco age 24 6’ 150 lbs Blond hair and Blue eyes is also still on the run. Lethco is serving a 8 year sentence for Aggravated Burglary, Theft, and Vehicle Theft.

Both were last seen in the Sevier County area of Highway 411 wearing a white shirt and black and white strip pants.
