Cut, trim, edge & water lawns & flower beds; weed, plant & spread mulch; rake & blow leaves; clean up. Lift 50 lbs. Min 35 hrs/wk. Shifts vary 7am-5pm. Hrs/days may vary w/weather. $12.05/hr. Poss increased wage w/ exp. Employr may provide addtnl pay for performance & tenure. OT avail/not guar at $18.08/hr. No min edu/exp reqd. Weekly pay, single wrkwk used to compute wages. Emplyr will make all deductions from paychk reqd by law. Emplyr will provide wrkr at no charge all tools, supplies, equip reqd to perform job. Reqd uniform & OJT prvded. Transp (incl meals, lodging if nec) to place of emplymt prvded if wrkr completes half the emplymt period. Rtrn transp prvded if wrkr completes emplymt period or dismissed early. Wrkr reimb relevant visa & border fees in 1st wrkwk & apprvd trvl expns in 1st pay period. Rcpts reqd. Emplyr will assist emply in finding discounted/shared housing. Daily transp prvded to/from central location in Jefferson Co. to wrksites in Sevier, Greene, Jefferson & Hamblen counties, TN. Pre-emplymt drug test & bkgrnd chk reqd, pd by emplyr.
