INVITATION TO BID

The Jefferson County Purchasing Department / Director Facilities & Safety will be accepting sealed bids from qualified vendors for complete REMOVAL of old HVAC SYSTEM and complete INSTALLITION of NEW HVAC SYSTEM in the JEFFERSON COUNTY COURTHOUSE.

Workman’s Comp Insurance, and Company Business License must be included with the Bid Package. The awarded bidder must be in good standing with Jefferson County, Tn.

Sealed bids should be labeled—JEFFERSON COUNTY COURTHOUSE HVAC SYSTEM –and either dropped off or mailed to the Jefferson County Finance Department to the attention of Finance Director Langdon Potts/David Longmire, at P.O. Box 1749, Dandridge, Tn. 37725.  Bids will be accepted until 1:00 p.m. March 16, 2017, at which time bids will be opened in the Finance Department Conference Room.

Jefferson County reserves the right to ACCEPT OR REJECT any and all bids and to WAIVE ANY AND ALL IRREGULARITIES IN THE RECEIPT/HANDLING OF BIDS. THE AWARDED BIDDER MUST BE IN GOOD STANDING WITH THE COUNTY OF JEFFERSON.
