INVITATION TO BID

The Jefferson County Purchasing Department will be accepting separate sealed bids for cleaning services for the following:

Bid Package A:  Jefferson Academy

Bid Package B:  Jefferson County Schools Auxiliary Buildings

All interested vendors, contact Michael Phagan at 865-397-3436 for bid specifications, or Jefferson County’s website, jeffersoncountytn.gov, under Finance Department.  There will be a mandatory pre-bid site visit on Friday, June 2, at 9:30 AM at 207 W. Dumplin Valley Rd, Jefferson City, TN  37760.

Sealed bids should be mailed to the Jefferson County Finance Department to the attention of Finance Director Langdon Potts, PO Box 1749, Dandridge, TN, 37725, or dropped off at 1244 Gay St., Dandridge, TN, 37725.  Bids will be accepted until 2:00 PM Tuesday, June 6, 2017, at which times bids will be opened in the Finance Department Conference Room. Oral, email, and telephone bids will not be accepted.

The Finance Director reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any and all irregularities in the receipt/handling and acceptance of bids.  The Finance Director also reserves the right to award bid packages jointly or separately to achieve the lowest and best possible bid.
