Morristown Police Department is looking for this man, who robbed a Shell gas station on South Cumberland Street early May 25, 2017

The Morristown Police Department is investigating an armed robbery which occurred early this morning on South Cumberland Street.

A male entered the Shell gas station on South Cumberland at approximately 3:30 am brandishing a revolver and demanded money from the store clerk. The suspect escaped on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. He was last seen running west on Lincoln Avenue.

Investigators are asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect. The male was wearing a black, long sleeve pullover; gray shorts; black, long socks; white tennis shoes and a red, white, and blue NY hat. The suspect’s face was covered with a gray cloth. He was carrying a chrome-plated revolver.
