Canning College Hosted by the UT Extension

UT Extension is providing classes on safely preserving your fruits and vegetables. You will learn how to can food with a water bath and pressure canner. The class is limited to 12 people and you must preregister for this class. To register you need to call UT Extension at (865) 397-2969. The cost of the class is $50.00 for 2 nights or $30.00 for one night, which includes a canning book, and some jars of food from the class.
