Roughnecks MC Dandridge Chapter Annual Fundraiser, August 26, 2017

In conjunction with the Jefferson County Scottish Rite Club, we are hosting a motorcycle ride fundraiser for the annual Shoe Program for Jefferson County. This program works closely with Principals and Counselors of each Elementary and Middle School in Jefferson County to provide new shoes and socks for deserving children.

This year a two-day event is being held, one in May and one in December, where these selected children are transported to Brazelton Masonic Lodge in Dandridge by the School Transportation Department and fitted with a pair of new shoes, socks and given a goody bag of treats and fruit. In addition to this event, new shoes and socks are provided to each school on an as-needed basis throughout the school year. Last year, The Jefferson County Scottish Rite Club provided over 500 pairs of new shoes and socks to deserving children in Jefferson County’. This year we are hoping to at least match that number. The Jefferson County Scottish Rite Club was formed in 1963 as an affiliated body of the Knoxville Scottish Rite Bodies and one of its main purposes is to promote charity in our community. Remember, this fundraiser is a motorcycle ride for our community and all donations are greatly appreciated. Lunch is included with registration. A $50.00 or more donation gets your name printed on the flyer and banner. A $250.00 or more donation gets your name and logo printed on the flyer and banner. 100% of proceeds benefit Jefferson County Scottish Rite Shoe Program. Checks can be made to Roughnecks MC Dandridge, TN Chapter and dropped off at Citizens National Bank in Dandridge to Adriane Bunch or mailed to Roughnecks MC 474 Stevens Rd. Jefferson City,TN 37760.

The registration will be held at Dandridge Police Dept. and lunch will be served at Brazelton Masonic Lodge. All donations need to be accepted by August 1, 2017.

The Dandridge Chapter of the Roughnecks Motorcycle Club is an affiliated chapter of the International Roughnecks Motorcycle Club, an organization comprised of Protective Service members (i.e Law Enforcement, Fire Fighters, EMT’s, Paramedics and Military – active, retired or honorably discharged). The Dandridge Chapter is helping to sponsor The Scottish Rite Shoe Program for 2017.
