KENNETH WALTER WATROUS III, age 31, passed away on July 27, 2017. Memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Saturday, August 5, 2017 at Mill Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Greg Lindsey officiating. Family will receive friends from 6:00 until 7:00 p.m. prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials may be made to the Amputee Coalition of America, 900 E. Hill Ave. # 390, Knoxville, TN 37915.
