INVITATION TO BID

The Jefferson County Purchasing Department will be accepting bids for a Livescan Fingerprint Machine for the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department. Vendors should have already tested their product and have approval that it meets all specifications by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigations. For more specific information vendors should contact Ronnie Phipps at the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department at 865-397-9411, Ext. 1303.

Sealed bids should be labeled LIVESCAN FINGERPRINT MACHINE and either dropped off or mailed to the Jefferson County Finance Department to the attention of Darrell Helton, Finance Director, at 1244 Gay Street or P.O. Box 1749 Dandridge, Tn. 37725. Bids will be accepted until 1:00 PM Friday, January, 25, 2013 at which time bids will be opened in the finance department conference room.

Jefferson County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any and all irregularities in the receipt/handling of bids.
