The Brevard College Music Department will present a guest recital by pianist Ryan Fogg on Monday evening, September 18, at 7:30 p.m. in the Porter Center for Performing Arts, at 1 Brevard College Drive, Brevard, NC, 28712. The program will include Chopin’s Polonaise-Fantasy in A-flat and sonatas by Clementi and Prokofiev. Monday’s concert is free and open to the public.

Dr. Ryan Fogg is Associate Professor of Music and Director of Keyboard Studies at Carson- Newman University in Jefferson City, Tennessee. He has presented solo recitals throughout the U.S. and has collaborated with the Blair String Quartet, appeared as concerto soloist with the Knoxville Wind Symphony, and recorded new works by American composers through Albany Records.

“We are fortunate to be able to present several guest concerts this semester,” says Fine Arts Division Chair Kathryn Gresham. “The incredible acoustic of our concert hall and the enthusiasm of our audience make people want to play here.”
