EDWIN COLON, age 75, of Jefferson City, TN passed away on October 23, 2017. He was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He was executive chef at Park Vista, Gatlinburg, TN; Governor Haines, NJ; Playboy Club, NJ; Rebers, NY state; and many others. Survived by wife, Georgia; two sisters, Ruth and Kathy; five sons, Ed, Jr., Javier, Tony, Christopher and Alex; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Service will be held at Piedmont Baptist Church, 1226 W Dumplin Valley Road, Dandridge, TN 37725 on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. Fellowship following the service at 1921 Woodlawn Avenue, Jefferson City, TN 37760.
