MARK “TONY” ANTHONY McCARTER, age 60 of Jefferson City, TN passed away Saturday, December 23, 2017. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Charlene (Cookie) McCarter; daughter, Tina Taylor and husband Shawn Taylor; grandchildren, Keyshawn Taylor and Makayla Taylor all of Dandridge; sister, Sarah JoAnn Louder; brothers, George Green, Chris Green and Stanley Green; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 30, 2017 from 1:00 to 2:00pm at Farrar Funeral Home with a memorial service to follow at 2:00pm.
