SARAH GENEVA MILLER, age 91, of Jefferson City, TN passed away Thursday, February 1, 2018 at Signature Lifestyles of Jefferson City. Preceded in death by husband, Robert Lyle Miller, and daughter, Sarah Louise Rankin. Survived by daughter, Margaret Ann Randolph (Ray); son, James Lyle Miller (Beverly); seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; sisters, Frances (Peck) Troutman and Dorothy Large; brother, William Tate; son-in-law, Jack Rankin; several nieces and nephews. Graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 5, 2018 at Jefferson Memorial Gardens with Rev. John Pinkston officiating.
